By using Alorah Designs Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications, including promotional emails and transactional updates (e.g., event changes or purchase confirmations). To opt out of promotional emails, contact alorah.designs@gmail.com. Alorah Designs will not share your personal information with third parties.
Photography Consent
By attending events, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes, including social media. This includes any minors attending with or without you.
Events
Cancellation/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 1 week before the event. Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another event (venue fees excluded).
No Refunds: Unused tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Online Subscription/One-Off Purchases
Refund Policy: All sales for online videos, including subscriptions and one-off purchases, are final. No refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.
Access: Subscription-based services grant access for the duration of the paid term. One-off purchases provide lifetime access to the specific content.
Custom Portraits
Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required upon order. Due to the personalized nature of custom portraits, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once the commission has begun.
Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Prints and Other Store Items
Refunds/Exchanges: All sales of prints and other merchandise are final. If items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Shipping: Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Tracking information will be provided.
